2. Refund Eligibility & Money-Back Policy

Since we provide an extensive 90-day free trial period prior to subscription purchase:

• 7-Day Refund Guarantee: If you purchase an Advocate Pro or Chamber Suite annual plan and decide it does not meet your needs within 7 days of payment, you are eligible for a refund. For voluntary user refund requests, refunds are processed net of third-party payment gateway processing charges (2% + applicable GST).
• Duplicate Payment: If your bank account or card was charged twice for a single subscription transaction due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be automatically refunded 100% in full without any deductions.
• Failed Transactions: If money was deducted from your bank account/UPI but your subscription was not activated, Razorpay or Vidhenta will process the 100% full refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your recurring plan or chamber seat subscription at any time from your Dashboard > Settings > Billing.

• Upon cancellation, your active subscription will remain valid until the end of your paid annual billing cycle.
• No further automatic renewals or charges will occur after cancellation.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a refund request is approved, it is processed via our official payment gateway (Razorpay). The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment mode (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking protocol.
